A bunion is an out-pocketing of bone on the side of the big toe or on the side of the 5th metatarsal (AKA "Taylor's Bunion"). With bunions, there are several major concerns when it comes to long term damage. Treatment starts with relieving the pain and then we address the deformity.

F Scan is a device that allows us to determine how pressures are going through the bottom of the foot. This is vital for making a good diagnosis of your foot or ankle problem. The F Scan system works using computer chip sensors that slip into your shoe. We use this information to make the perfect orthotic for your foot.

Here at Adler Footcare, we see a lot of patients with heel pain. Usually this pain is a result of Postatic Dyskinesia. This means when you get out of bed in the morning, your first step is horrendous. If you've been off your feet for an extended period of time and your first step is extremely painful, it could mean a problem with the soft tissue surrounding the heel.

We love to treat ingrown toenails because they are not difficult to treat and produce great results early on. Bascially, an ingrown toenail is a stabbing of the edges of your nail into your tissue. If you ignore the first signs of an ingrown toenail, it can become worse.
