Jeffrey L. Adler, DPM
Dr. Jeffrey L. Adler, Medical/Surgical Director and owner of Adler Footcare of Greater New York has been practicing podiatric medicine since 1979 and has performed thousands of foot surgeries. Dr. Adler is board certified in Podiatric Surgery and Primary Podiatric Medicine by the American Board of MultipleSpecialties in Podiatry.
Dr. Adler is also a Professor of Minimally Invasive Foot Surgery for the Academy of Ambulatory Foot and Ankle Surgeons. As one of only several in the country who perform minimally-invasive podiatric surgery, Dr. Adler’s patients enjoy significantly reduced recovery times.
Donna M. Hartmann, DPM
Dr. Hartmann has been in private practice since 1982 and has been working as a New York Podiatrist at Adler Footcare of Greater New York since 2005. She attended Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicinewhere she was awarded her degree in podiatric medicine. She is a member of the Academy of Ambulatory Foot and Ankle Surgery, the America Academy of Pain Managementand is licensed to practice podiatric medicine as a New York Podiatrist.
Dr. Hartmann has extensive training and specializes in diagnosing and treating foot diseases, abnormalities and disabilities of the foot. She has performed numerous minimally-invasive surgeries both independently and along with Jeffrey L. Adler, DPM, Medical/Surgical Director of Adler Footcare of Greater New York and the Podiatric OR of Midtown Manhattan, PC.

Dr. Blitz is the latest New York podiatrist to become associated with the Adler Footcare team. She received her formal education at Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She spent the following years completing her residency training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA, a major teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. During this time, she held the academic appointment to the Harvard University Medical School as a clinical fellow. After completion of her residency, Dr. Blitz joined an orthopedic practice in Massachusetts where she served as the Foot and Ankle Specialist. She subsequently worked with a surgical practice in New Jersey for several years.
Dr. Blitz has extensive training in diagnosing and treating both forefoot and rear-foot deformities. She specializes in foot reconstructive surgery, surgery for Bunions, cosmetic techniques and sports injuries. She is a member of American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA),American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS), and New Jersey Podiatric Medical Association (NJPMA). Dr. Blitz is licensed to practice as Podiatrist in New York and in New Jersey.
